On the 2nd June at 6pm those already taking part in the Million Miles challenge, and the organising charities, are holding a launch at Three Hills Sports Park in Folkestone. This will be an informal event, a gathering of like minds, an opportunity to spread the word and speak to others about the Million Miles campaign and the causes that will benefit.
There will be a group photo for promotional purposes.
Despite the fact that the challenge does not officially start until June, we already have a number of participants who have pledged their miles in aid of kindness and have already raised over £2500.
The challenge runs throughout the Summer - you can pledge as many miles as you like...
Anyone can take part - walk, run, cycle, swim, row, play sport, walk the dog - pledge 1 mile or 1000 - it really is up to you!
