Personal details
If you submit an enquiry to us via either email using a website contact form, we will only keep your data (email correspondence) for 12-months, after which it will be deleted.
To find out what information we hold about you, you need to make a Subject Access Request in writing. If you wish to exercise any of your other information rights please contact us on billflavell1@gmail.com

Challenge details
When you submit information to us via our sign up form, we will store your submitted name, email address, the type of activity and distance, and any preferences.
 

Newsletter
If you have opted to be contacted about the campaign, we will continue to provide you with campaign updates via email until the conclusion of the Million Miles campaign, which is currently forecast to last until December 2023.

We make use of Google Analytics to collect information including behaviour patterns to improve the content provided to you on this site.
